  • LET HAIR GROW OUT FOR AT LEAST 2-3 WEEKS (THE LONGER THE BETTER)
  • EXFOLIATE THE DAY BEFORE
  • NO OIL/LOTIONS ON DAY OF APPOINTMENT
  • STAY AWAY OF HIGHLY CAFFEINATED DRINKS, DRINK PLENTY OF WATER ON DAY OF APPOINTMENT
  • TAKE 1-2 IBUPROFEN 30 MINS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

FOR FACE:

  • AVOID THE SUN A FEW DAYS BEFORE APPOINTMENT
  • IF ON RETINOLS (RETIN-A); VEER OFF OF THEM FOR 7-10 DAYS BEFORE & AFTER YOUR APPT.

HOW LONG WILL MY RESULTS LAST?

THIS VARIES FOR EVERY INDIVIDUALS HAIR GROWTH PATTERN: SOME WILL SEE SOME GROWTH AFTER THE FIRST TWO WEEKS AND GRADUAL GROWTH THEREAFTER. YOUR WAXER WILL RECOMMEND WHEN YOU SHOULD RETURN.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WAX?

VARYING ON THE WAX SERVICE, IT IS RECOMMENDED TO WAX EVERY 3-6 WEEKS. WITH A GOOD WAXING REGIMEN, THE HAIR BECOMES SPARSE AND FINER.

WILL WAXING HELP PREVENT BUMPS & INGROWN HAIRS?

YES! WAXING IS ONE OF THE BEST METHODS OF HAIR REMOVAL TO HELP AVOID BUMPS/INGROWN HAIRS BUT IT'S IMPERATIVE THAT YOU EXFOLIATE AND STICK TO THE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR AFTER HOME CARE.

OF COURSE! WE DO ASK THAT YOU DO FRESHEN UP AND HAVE A FRESH TAMPON INSERTED BEFORE YOU COME IN.

  • IF YOU HAVE OUR INGROWN HAIR SERUM: USE THAT ONCE A DAY, DAILY. 
  • KEEP WAXED AREA MOISTURIZED WITH NON-COMEDOGENIC LOTION OR OIL(DRY SKIN=DRY HAIR)
  • WEAR LOOSE FITTED CLOTHING FOR A FEW DAYS AFTER



CANCELLATION POLICY:  We VALUE AND RESPECT your time and that of all of our clients so for that reason we do kindly ask that....

You notify us 24 HOURS before your appointment to reschedule/cancel in order to avoid a cancellation fee (50% of all services priced at retail)
Any No Call/No Shows will be charged 100% of all services (retail price). 
You will always receive a notification reminder of your appointments 24 hours before your appointment.

LATE POLICY: Please notify us if you are going to be late to your appointment. We do have an 8 minute late grace, and we will try our best to get your services done, but we will have to stop at the time needed to accommodate for the next appointment.

If you can't make it for your booking time and we have availability on the same day at a later time slot, you will not incur any penalties.
